1. Introduction
1.1 The promotion is organised by 72Point Limited of 21 Farringdon Road, London, EC1 3HA, and is open to our clients, prospective and potential clients, and decision makers in areas of relevance to us and our services

1.2 The “promotion” is the sponsorship of entry passes for 150 people to the Little Black Beach at Cannes (the “event”).

1.3 In participating in the promotion you agree to these terms and conditions.

1.4 72Point is sponsoring entry to the event, we are not the organiser of the event.

2. Registration of Interest

2.1 Participation in the promotion is open to clients, prospective and potential clients of 72Point; decision makers in areas of relevance to 72Point and our services.

2.2 To participate you must be submit the online application form so it is received by us no later than time on date. Submission of the form is not a guarantee of a pass to the event.

2.3 If there are more applicants than available spaces, we will determine the allocation of places at its sole discretion.

3. Allocation

3.1 If you are allocated a pass to the event you will be notified by email, and given details of how to collect the wristband which is your ticket to gain entry to the event.

3.2 Each wristband is personal to the person to whom it is allocated by us. Wristbands are non-transferable; they may not be sold, gifted, exchanged, or otherwise transferred to any other person. We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone reasonably suspected of having obtained a wristband other than through allocation by us.

4. Event Attendance
4.1 In attending the event you agree to observe all the rules and conditions imposed by the event organisers, and you may be removed from the event, and denied future entry should you fail to do so. 72Point has no control over this.

4.2 You are responsible for your own travel, accommodation, and any additional expenses incurred in attending the event.

5. Data Protection
5.1 You consent to us processing your personal information for the purposes of administering the promotion, publicising the promotion during and after the event, and following up with you by telephone, email or social media after the event.
5.2 Personal information is processed in accordance with our privacy policy.

6. Amendments & Termination
6.1 We reserve the right to:

amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice;

terminate or curtail the promotion at any time without notice;
withdraw an allocated wristband from anyone reasonably believed to be in breach of these terms or who is no longer eligible to attend the event through the promotion; at the request of the event organiser, or otherwise if we reasonably believe it necessary to do so.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 Save for any liability which may not be limited or excluded by law, 72Point shall have no liability for any loss or damage (including but not limited to injury or death) you may sustain arising from your participation in the promotion or attendance at the event including without limitation

modification, cancellation, curtailment, or other changes to the event;

loss of or damage to personal property;

loss of wristbands;

wasted travel and/or accommodation expenses;

7.2 Wristbands are essential to gain entry to the event. Lost, damaged, or defaced wristbands cannot be replaced.
