Terms and Conditions 

Definitions 

“Applicant” means the entity participating in this promotion and receiving the benefit of the Offer. 

“International Research” means OnePoll research undertaken in two or more countries, with a minimum of at least 500 respondents across all countries. 

“UK Distribution” means the creation of a news story from the insights generated from the research, and distributed on the newswire to UK publishers, including at least three top tier titles. The UK Distribution does not include creation of any design assets, photography, quizzes, video content or any other 72Point services. 

“Minimum Order Value” means £15,000 (plus VAT). 

“Offer” provision of 72Point’s Landing Service (usual cost £5,500) free of charge. 

“Offer Period” means 12:00 am on Wednesday 2 April 2025 and 11:59 pm on Wednesday 30 April 2025. 

“OnePoll” is a trading name of 72Point Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (number 04092908).   

The Offer is subject to these terms and conditions.  

To receive the Offer International Research must be booked within the Offer Period, for completion within one month of booking. 

The Offer is available to all members of the PRCA who have not previously conducted international research projects with  OnePoll. 

The Offer is available once per Applicant. The Landing Service may only  be used  for the International Research project against which it was awarded. 

OnePoll shall not be liable for any loss arising from a failure of an order to reach us within the Offer Period, however such failure may have been caused. 

All work is undertaken subject to 72Point’s standard terms and conditions unless otherwise agreed in writing. 

OnePoll reserves the right to terminate the Offer at any time, for any reason. 

These terms and conditions, and all contracts entered by 72Point Ltd, are subject to English law, and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
